The Cross-F.I.T classes that we provide are designed so everyone can do all of the exercises.
Classes consist of kicking, boxing, bootcamp and cross training drills.  
In return you'll get faster results, giving you a full body transformation sooner than you've expected. 

If you have not exercised for a long time, this program is for you. You will lose tons of weight and learn to make the right diet choices.

Are you a beginner or simply never done CrossFitness before? No worries, we have beginner/Intermediate classes for you to start with.


Don't miss out on this AMAZING fat burning weight loss and complete body toning exercise.
The average class burns between 500 to 1,000 calories.

"The Way Of The Smart Individual"

Our Smart 1 Do Program was created by Master Al Quiceno with the idea of teaching everyone Martial Arts and getting kids and adults in great shape while having fun through his Cross F.I.T excersises. 

Master Al believes that with a combination of Martial Arts and Fitness routines people can get the best of both worlds; the self defense knowledge which can come handy in case is needed and the benefits of an exercise program which ultimately helps you stay fit and healthy.

The Smart 1 Do program is unique as everyone can do the exercise routines regardless of their physical level. unlike any other fitness programs out there, the Smart 1 Do program allows you to become a black belt in martial arts without having to do some of the nonesense that martial arts training sometimes come with. there will be no need to wear uniforms, bowing to everyone who enters the school, no katas (forms) to go home and practice etc. The only thing you'll be working on is what's pracitcal and useful. You'll be spending time getting back in shape and losing any unwanted & unhealthy weight. 
It's never to late to look good but most importantly "feel good, in great shape and safe."

The percentage of overweight children in the United States is growing at an alarming rate, with 1 out of 3 kids now considered overweight or obese.

This is a program for children and adults who are serious about losing unhealthy weight. In this program we get your doctor or your child's pediatrician involved as well as a nutritionist who will guide you to make better nutrition choices, we will handle all of the exercise routines, making them fun and changing them on a weekly basis in order to achieve maximum results.
This Program is for over-weight children and adults. 
The kids will have lots of fun, while losing tons of weight through our Cross-Training exercises and our fat burning calorie games. 

Kids classes are Monday through Friday - 5:15 to 5:45 PM
Adults classes are Monday through Thursday - 6:30 to 7:00 PM
We encourage anyone who's serious about losing weight to commit to 2 to 3 times per week in order to see results in a fair amount of time.

​The end result, a Healthy, Happy, Bully Free and more Confident individual.

Panth3rs Biggest Loser Contest

The Panth3rs Biggest loser contest is a 12 week program starting this Sunday, May 5th.
This program will consist of a variety of simple but yet effective and fun exercises to help you lose maximum amounts 
of unhealthy weight the healthy way.

Anyone can participate in this contest as it will be based on body weight percentage lost, meaning some one who loses 15 pounds can very easily win against someone who loses 40. its all going to based on BWP (body weight percentage)

Wether you need to lose 60 lbs or just 10, this contest is right for you!!!

Registration is only $99 and the first place winner will take home $1,000 to buy a new wardrobe as you'll be needing it.


You have nothing to lose but unhealthy weight, the feeling will be priceless.
