The Cross-F.I.T classes that we provide are designed so everyone can do all of the exercises.
Classes consist of kicking, boxing, bootcamp and cross training drills.
In return you'll get faster results, giving you a full body transformation sooner than you've expected.
If you have not exercised for a long time, this program is for you. You will lose tons of weight and learn to make the right diet choices.

CROSS-FITNESS SCHEDULE
Are you a beginner or simply never done CrossFitness before? No worries, we have beginner/Intermediate classes for you to start with.
Don't miss out on this AMAZING fat burning weight loss and complete body toning exercise.
The average class burns between 500 to 1,000 calories.
AM CROSS-FITNESS CLASSES ALL LEVELS
Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 10:00 AM.
Saturday and Sunday @ 9:00 AM.
PM BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE CROSS-FITNESS CLASSES
Monday through Thursday @ 6:30 PM
PM INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCE CROSS-FITNESS CLASSES
Monday through Thursday @ 7:15 PM
