Kids B-DAY Parties

In a constant effort to exposed our Amazing school and all it's exceptional programs to everyone in the community, Panthers offers everyone 5 and up the opportunity to celebrate their B-day here at Panthers.

*Our staff of Masters and instructors will host your child's B-Day Party for 1.5 hours at a very affordable price.

*We will play numerous games and will do martial arts and cross training activities appropriate for your child's age.

*Some of our games incorporate the children's parents, making your party the talk among all of your friends.

Teen & Adult's Cross F.I.T / Smart 1 Do Program

SMART 1 DO

"The Way Of The Smart Individual"

Our Smart 1 Do Program was created by Master Al Quiceno with the idea of teaching everyone Martial Arts and getting kids and adults in great shape while having fun through his Cross F.I.T excersises.

Master Al believes that with a combination of Martial Arts and Fitness routines people can get the best of both worlds; the self defense knowledge which can come handy in case is needed & and the benefits of an exercise program which ultimately helps you stay fit and healthy.

The Smart 1 Do program is unique as everyone can do the exercise routines regardless of their physical level. unlike any other fitness programs out there, the Smart 1 Do program allows you to become a black belt in martial arts without having to do some of the nonesense that martial arts training sometimes come with. there will be no need to wear uniforms, bowing to everyone who enters the school, no katas (forms) to go home and practice etc. The only thing you'll be working on is what's pracitcal and useful. You'll be spending time getting back in shape and losing any unwanted & unhealthy weight.

It's never to late to look good but most importantly "feel good, in great shape and safe."

New in Suffern, Panthers Cycle. Suffern's newest and only spin facility located at 100 Route 59 Suffern NY. Here at Panthers Cycle our mission is to offer you the highest quality indoor cycling workouts, taught by talented instructors with great music and high energy. All our equipment is brand new so come be the first to ride. We are offering great prices for our grand opening. Walk ins only $15 per class and when buying packages classes will be UNDER $10 each.

Option #2.....$99.95 per week from dismissal time until 5:30 PM, charged on the first of the month or every Monday. This package does not come with Swim lessons.

Option #3......$124.95 per week from your child's dismissal time until 7:00 PM.
