Panthers was established in 1997 at the American Legion Hall in Nyack NY. Panthers started after Master Al retired from his last International fight in his Olympic training in 1997.
As a family owned and operated business, Master Al's two sons have been training since they were 2 1/2 and 3 years old. Panthers was the first martial arts school to offer an after school program with
free transportation in Rockland County and an overweight program for kids and adults. Among all of Panthers' unique programs, Panthers now offers a swim program through SeaBeast Aquatics and Spin classes with their new Spin Studio.
